Functions and features DOG GPS X25

Up to 19 devices

The DOG GPS X25 series tracking device allows tracking of up to 19 devices from a single receiver. Nineteen positions can be freely stored with transmitters (dog collars), receivers of other handlers (handheld devices) and also waypoints, which are your stored positions - subsequent navigation to these points.

Range 20 km

All Dogtrace DOG GPS collars allow tracking dogs up to 20 km away. To ensure the highest possible range, we use the latest LoRa (Long Range) radio signal modulation technology.

BEEPER - run/point

A function specifically designed for hunting that can detect whether the dog is standing or moving. The setting of this function is determined by the type of hunting - bird hunting or wild boar hunting. 7 modes can be selected with different indications (vibration, sound, flashing).

FENCE - circle

This is a function with a circular acoustic boundary, which warns you when dog is outside the imaginary circle you have defined. The boundary is adjustable from 30 m to a maximum of 2 km from the receiver. When the dog leaves the defined area, the receiver starts to emit an intermittent sound signal. Can be activated for multiple dogs.

WAYPOINT

This function allows you to save the GPS coordinates of the location where the receiver (handheld device) is currently located. You can navigate to the saved point later. Saving current positions and important places.

Acoustic signal

Allows to activate a tone in the receiver, the intensity of which is always perceived by the dog in the same way, regardless of the distance from the handler. It is a very effective warning before sending a stimulating command. It can beselected from 3 different tones.

Sound locator

There is a built-in speaker on the transmitter (collar), which is used for intensive sound localization of the dog in dense vegetation, for example in thickets in the forest. The sound is adjustable in four volume levels and can be heard up to 300 m away. Choice of 3 different tones.

Stimulation Impulse

It allows 15 levels of safe stimulation pulses to be activated in the receiver. The pulses are transmitted by two contact points located on the receiver. It is possible to choose between short and long pulses. This function is only available on the DOG GPS X25T and DOG GPS X25TB.

Light

It is used to easily locate the dog in the dark. Allows in several modes to trigger the light signaling using powerful LEDs located in the transparent receiver box. The function is only available on the DOG GPS X25T and DOG GPS X25TB models.

Compass

A simple yet very important function that determines the direction north. On the top of the large backlit display you will find the N symbol which indicates the direction of magnetic north. If two arrows are lit at the same time, the direction to north is between them.

Rechargeable

Both the receiver and the transmitter have a built-in rechargeable battery with a very long battery life - more than 40 hours of operation. Charging the receiver and transmitter simultaneously is provided by a dual power adapter with USB cables and clips that are identical for all DOG GPS models.

100% waterproof

All DOG GPS models are very durable and perfectly waterproof. So you don't have to worry if your receiver (handheld device) falls into the water. Of course, this is also true for the transmitters, i.e. the collars placed around the dog's neck.

Track up to 19 dogs, controllers and waypoints

The professional device DOG GPS X25 is used to locate dogs at a distance of 20 km and allows you to locate up to
19 devices from a single controller. The tracking device consists of a transmitter that is placed on the dog's collar and a receiver (controller) on which the handler can see the distance and direction to the location of dogs, handlers or waypoints.

RF technology, LoRa and GLONASS

The transmitter obtains its location from GPS satellites and uses a radio frequency (RF) signal to transmit the location information to the handler's receiver. To ensure the highest possible range, we use the latest low-power LoRa™ (Long Range) radio signal modulation technology. GLONASS is a global navigation satellite system designed for fast navigation with unlimited users. The radio link works even where there is no GSM signal. It is very accurate so you always have the dogs current location. The operation is completely free of charge.

The transmitter (collar) is the smallest and lightest of its type. It will ensure your dog's comfort at all times while wearing it. The transmitter and receiver is 100% waterproof and very durable. The high quality external RF antenna is made of flexible and lightweight material.

  • GPS device for tracking dogs at a distance of 20 km. The range between the devices varies due to external factors such as terrain ruggedness, density of vegetation, etc.
  • In direct line-of-sight between the receiver and transmitter, the range can be above 20 km, while in hilly terrain with dense forest the range naturally decreases.
  • Up to 19 devices can be tracked from a single receiver. Transmitters, receivers of other members and also waypoints can be freely stored in nineteen positions.
