- These Terms and Conditions apply to the download and use of the Dogtrace GPS application by the company VNT electronics s.r.o, Dvorská 605, 563 01 Lanškroun, Czech Republic, IČO (Registration No): 64793826, DIČ (VAT No): CZ64793826. The company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, File 9839.
- All contractual relationships are concluded in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. If the contracting party is a consumer, relations not regulated by the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Civil Code (No. 89/2012 Coll.) and the Consumer Protection Act (No. 634/1992 Coll.). If the contracting party is not a consumer, the relations not regulated by the Terms and Conditions are governed by the Civil Code (No. 89/2012 Coll.). By installing and using the Dogtrace GPS application, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
- By installing and using Dogtrace GPS, you grant VNT electronics s.r.o. consent to the processing of personal data within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. for the purpose of collecting and analyzing data to improve functionality and eliminate the causes of application crashes.
- The company VNT electronics s.r.o. grants you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to use this application for non-commercial purposes. At the same time, the company claims the right to change or revoke this license at any time should the Terms and Conditions be violated.
- All intellectual property rights in Dogtrace GPS, including copyrights, trademarks, designs, text, images and other content, are the sole property of VNT electronics s.r.o. It is prohibited to modify, copy, reverse engineer, sell, distribute or rent the technology, information, source code, or any part of Dogtrace GPS. It is prohibited to use the application for any purpose prohibited by law.
- The Dogtrace GPS application is designed for mobile phones and tablets running under Android 6.0 and above. VNT electronics s.r.o. is not responsible for compatibility with all types of phones, for flawless and continuous operation of the application.
- VNT electronics s.r.o. reserves the right to change the features and content of Dogtrace GPS without notice.
Policy on protection of personal data:
VNT electronics s.r.o. values the privacy of our customers and respects the tenets of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on data protection and privacy of natural persons.
Dogtrace GPS application requires authorisation to access the repository (data bank) to manage and store offline maps, recorded routes, and waypoints. It also requires authorisation to access your location on your device.
After installing Dogtrace GPS application, VNT electronics s.r.o. may collect and record data about your device type and version and model, operating system version, and error information. This data is recorded for analysis, further product development and troubleshooting purposes.
