You hereby give consent to VNT electronics s.r.o., with its registered office at Dvorská 605, 563 01 Lanškroun, Identification No. (IČ): 64793826, e-mail:info@dogtrace.com, tel.: +420 461 310 762, entered in the Companies Register administered by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, Entry No. 9839 (hereinafter the “Data Controller”) with processing the following personal data pursuant to Act No.101/2000, Coll., on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter the “Personal Data Protection Act”):

• To prepare a bid or agreement, to process an order or send price lists. The data will be processed by the Data Controller for a period of one year.
• To provide a licence for the mobile application Dogtrace GPS. Said personal data concerning such application will be maintained by the Data Controller for a period of ten years after the consent was given.
